Memberships

Q: What is the payment structure?
A: Payments are month-to-month.
 

Q: Does the couples rate apply to households (e.g., my roommate and me)?
A: No, the couples membership is limited to partners in a committed relationship. Roommates are not eligible for this membership.
 

Q: Will couples be able to take part in founders rates?
A: Yes, couples can sign up for founding rates. One person will be responsible for managing and making payments for the account.
 

Q: Will there be family memberships included in the founding rates?
A: At this time, we only offer our individual and couples memberships

 

Q: Will rates increase after the first year for members who got the founding rate?
A: Founding member rates are subject to increase after 12 months. Any membership rate increases will be communicated a minimum of 30 days in advance.

Q: Will memberships offer the ability to pause if traveling?
A: Memberships are month-to-month providing flexibility in cancellation, but legacy membership rates will be forfeited if paused or canceled

Classes:

Q: Are classes included in the membership?
A: Yes, all classes with the exception of reformer Pilates are included in your membership.

 

Q: What are the expected class times?
A: Class times are still being finalized, but we expect to offer classes throughout the day, starting as early as 5:30 AM and running into the evening.

 

Q: What types of classes will be offered?
A: We will offer a variety of classes, including Pilates, Bootcamp, and Yoga. Please see our “classes” tab for more information.

Policies

Q: Will bags be allowed in the open gym area?
A: Bags are not allowed on the training floor for safety reasons. We encourage members to use the locker rooms.
 

Q: Will members have fobs or barcodes for check-in?
A: Yes, members will have barcodes for check-in via The Health Club’s app.
 

Q: Are we able to use the open gym outside of normal hours?
A: We are not a 24-hour facility, but members can enjoy all amenities during business hours.
 

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: A 30-day written notice is required to cancel memberships, submitted to info@thehealthclubclt.com. Your membership will remain active for one more billing cycle before termination.


Guest Passes:
Members receive 2 Guest Passes per year, each valid for a single calendar day.
Guests must check in at the Front Desk with the member and present photo ID.
Group fitness classes can be booked only at the Front Desk on the day of the visit (guests cannot book via the app).


Passes renew annually on the member’s anniversary.
If both passes are used, a Day Pass can be purchased.
 

Day Passes:
Available for $75 per visit and can be purchased at the Front Desk.
Includes access to the gym, locker rooms, and amenities.
Group fitness classes can be booked only at the Front Desk on the day of the visit (no app access).


Valid only for the calendar day of purchase, regardless of check-in time.
Must be 16+ (or with a guardian), present photo ID, and sign a liability waiver.
Non-refundable.
