Fitness Classes

Club FIT

Club FIT is a functional strength and endurance class in a circuit-based format. Each session combines strength exercises with high-intensity, functional movements to build both power and stamina. The class includes a series of stations designed to challenge your full body through a mix of lifting, running, and functional movements. Expect a balanced blend of strength, cardio, and endurance work that pushes your limits and prepares you for real-world performance, all while keeping you motivated and engaged.

Sculpt x Strength

This challenging workout combines Barre, Mat Pilates, and strength training to:

  • Elevate heart rate.

  • Lengthen and strengthen muscles.

  • Sculpt the body with low-impact movements suitable for all levels and ages.

The mat and stretch portion of class incorporates infrared heat for added intensity and incerased muscle flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat for this practice.

Power Yoga (Heated & Non-Heated)

Elevate your physical, spiritual, and mental practice through this energizing and dynamic yoga practice. The fast-paced flow of the yoga provides an intense workout that will build strength, speed up your circulation, and improve your heart’s function. Hot Power classes are typically up to 95 degrees and will get you sweating with intentional dynamic movement. This practice is challenging but offers a variety of options. Please bring a yoga mat for this practice.

Flow + Lift

Flow + Lift brings yoga, strength training and HIIT together in a way that leaves the body feeling balanced, open and strong. This class combines dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight exercises for a full body workout with cardio intervals incorporated throughout. Class begins with a yoga flow to warm and prep the body and ends with stretching and cool down postures to restore your body from the practice. Please bring a yoga mat for this practice.

Roll + Stretch

A combination of myofascial release and stretching. Class begins with guided myofascial release of the full body utilizing foam rollers and tennis balls. This serves as self-massage for muscle tension and knots. After rolling the body, class shifts focus to deep stretching. Please bring a yoga mat for this practice.

Reformer Pilates

Advanced, Contemporary, Core & Stretch & Jump + Sweat

Our Classic class focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through a series of controlled, low impact exercises - suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. We aim to focus on quality of movement over quantity and to develop strength, stability, and a sense of mind-body connection.
