Club FIT
Club FIT is a functional strength and endurance class in a circuit-based format. Each session combines strength exercises with high-intensity, functional movements to build both power and stamina. The class includes a series of stations designed to challenge your full body through a mix of lifting, running, and functional movements. Expect a balanced blend of strength, cardio, and endurance work that pushes your limits and prepares you for real-world performance, all while keeping you motivated and engaged.
Sculpt x Strength
Elevate your physical, spiritual, and mental practice through this energizing and dynamic yoga session. The fast-paced flow provides an intense workout that builds strength, boosts circulation, and enhances heart function. We primarily offer Hot Power classes, which typically reach up to 95 degrees, ensuring you sweat through intentional dynamic movement. We will also provide a few non-heated options. This practice is challenging yet offers a variety of modifications.
Power Yoga (Heated & Non-Heated)
Elevate your physical, spiritual, and mental practice through this energizing and dynamic yoga practice. The fast-paced flow of the yoga provides an intense workout that will build strength, speed up your circulation, and improve your heart’s function. Hot Power classes are typically up to 95 degrees and will get you sweating with intentional dynamic movement. This practice is challenging but offers a variety of options. At the end, we cool down with a cold aromatherapy towel during savasana. Please bring a yoga mat towel for this practice.
Classic Pilates
Our Classic class focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through a series of controlled, low impact exercises - suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. We aim to focus on quality of movement over quantity and to develop strength, stability, and a sense of mind-body connection.

Power Pilates
This high-energy, more dynamic variation of traditional pilates, focuses on strength, endurance, and flexibility through controlled movements in a fast paced workout. Every class is a full body workout that elevates intensity with faster transitions and more complex exercises. We aim to deliver a strength training style workout that elevates the heart rate and gets your muscles to a state of “burn out”.
