Club Policies

To maintain a safe, respectful, and elevated experience for all members, please take a moment to review the following club policies:
 

Training Floor & Check-In

  • Bags are not allowed on the open gym floor for safety reasons.

  • Please use the locker rooms for storage.
     

Facility Hours
Members are welcome to enjoy all amenities during our staffed business hours!

  • Mon to Thur: 5AM - 9PM

  • Fri: 5AM - 8PM

  • Sat: 7AM - 5PM

  • Sun: 8AM - 5PM
     

Membership Cancellations, Upgrades or Downgrades
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership. Notices must be sent to info@thehealthclubclt.com. Your membership will remain active for one more billing cycle after your notice is received.
 

Pool Dress Code
To maintain the refined atmosphere of The Health Club, all members and guests must follow these pool attire standards:

  • What’s Allowed:

    • Modest, well-fitted swimwear

    • Men: Swim trunks or board shorts

    • Women: One-piece suits, tasteful two-pieces, or athletic swimwear (like sports bras and biker shorts used only for the pool)

  • What’s Not Allowed:

    • Thong bikinis, G-strings, or Speedos

    • Undergarments, sheer materials, or non-swim clothing

    • Workout gear, leggings, or denim

Anyone not dressed appropriately may be asked to change or exit the area.
 

Sauna Etiquette

  • Always sit on a towel!

  • Please cover up!

  • No shoes or socks!

  • Do not pour water on the sauna heater!
